EasyEasy to use, seems to be effective I wanted it because I am aware of how dirty and germy our phones are. So obviously you can’t directly tell if it’s sanitizing but I think it works.

PhoneSoap Turns Disappointed Customer into Customer for Life – UpdatedOn January 28, 2023, I left a review expressing my disappointment after receiving a PhoneSoap with a faulty bulb. The company reached out promptly to make it right. Talk about great customer service! On Monday, February 6, my husband and I received a replacement PhoneSoap and it works great. My husband and I are happy and we will continue to be loyal PhoneSoap users.————–My husband and I purchased this phonesoap to disinfect our phones. This is the second phonesoap we’ve purchased and the third we’ve had. The first one was a gift. We’ve learned that the bulbs don’t last forever, which is why we’ve had to purchase multiple. However, with this last purchase, the phonesoap was delivered with the bulb on the lid already defective (doesn’t turn on). Unfortunately, my husband damaged the phonesoap trying to figure out what the problem was and therefore we can’t return it.

Great gadget & fits a Galaxy Note 20 UltraI’ve become a bit of a germophobe so I love the idea of every night before bed putting my phone on the charger and setting it in this little box to sanitize it. Now I don’t have a microscope or anything so I can’t testify to whether or not it really does its job, but based on other reviews & their pictures/proof I’ll say it probably does.I really enjoy this thing. It’s sleek and simple to figure out. If the lightning bolt is lit up, it’s doing its thing. However, I wish there was a power button. Every single time that lid moves or gets jostled for whatever reason, it’s gonna sanitize for 10 minutes. So for that I knocked off a star. But it’s still a really great product and I would buy it again.

A little too small for most new phonesI think it works great. Easy to use with a simple concept. But I have to remove my phone casing everytime I need to put it in as the phonesoap is small. My phone in an Oppo Replace X2 Pro (6.7 inch screen).Not sure if it will fit other phones with casing. Just wished it was a little bigger.

Just what I was looking forI purchased this item as a Christmas gift to my boss who cleans his phone all the time using alcohol. He loves it and uses it all the time now. He no longer cleans with alcohol. It is compact and easy to use. Manual has simple instructions that anyone can follow.It was packaged well.

Great thing to have!We have loved our phone soap for a number of years now and the peace of mind it gives us that our phone is clean. This year we are giving each of our 7 kids one for Christmas. We hope they use it as much as we do.

My Phonesoap part 2????I have no idea how well it works sanitizing, since I have no microscope to check.However, being careful to protect the inner glass I have also placed my keys in the unit. I like that there is an opening for the charging cord of my phone to stick out and charge while sanitizing. With USB you can charge from the unit or use your regular plug in cord.In particular, I like that the unit turns it self off once the phone is sanitized.Beware of the “misplaced phone syndrome.” You may find yourself scouring the house, looking for your phone, only to remember that it is inside of a closed Phonesoap unit which also may baffle you a bit if you phone begins to ring, and for the life of you, you can’t quite locate where the hell the sound is coming from. So beware.I use it often and offer it to visitors at my house for their use as well.
